It reads every message that comes into your contact form, classifies the intent, fetches real order data, drafts a reply, and (optionally) sends it. You stay in the loop on anything ambiguous. It's a back-office helpdesk, not a front-of-store popup.
No — ShieldDesk is built only for Shopify. It uses session-token auth, embeds in your admin, and reads order data via the Admin API. That focus is what makes the replies actually useful instead of generic.
Messages and order context are processed by Anthropic Claude with no training on your data. We store them encrypted at rest in either EU or US residency (you choose). Customer-redact and shop-redact webhooks are honored within 30 days. We never sell, share, or scrape your store.
Yes — for high-confidence categories (typically shipping and order-status questions). You set the confidence threshold. Everything below it lands as a draft for one-click approval. New shops usually start with auto-send off and switch it on once they've seen a week of drafts.
Drafts are ready in 2–6 seconds. Auto-send completes in under 10 seconds. The webhook is HMAC-verified and processed in our queue with health monitoring you can see in Settings.
Anything below your confidence threshold lands as a human-reviewable draft, not a sent message. You can also enable a one-tap rollback that pulls a sent message and sends a follow-up correction. The dashboard tracks accuracy over time so you can adjust your threshold.
