- What you saw — screenshot or pasted error message saves a round trip.

chrome://versionin the address bar. - Upwork job URL — if it's a job-detection problem, we can reproduce on a real job faster.
You don't have to do any of this. "The extension is broken" is fine — we'll write back with questions.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
- Live chat / phone — email only, response times above.
- Custom enterprise contracts — single-user accounts only at the moment.
- Upwork strategy advice — we build the tool, not the bidding playbook.
- Edit / rewrite proposals — the AI does that in the Extension.
