FEEDBACK
Every product decision starts here.
Several of the current features (bio field, refund-eligibility check, anti-AI-detection prompt rules, the sidebar tab layout) came directly from user feedback. Keep it coming.
WHAT KIND OF FEEDBACK HELPS MOST
In rough order of usefulness:
- Bugs you can reproduce. "When I do X on Y page, Z happens. Expected W."
- Friction in real workflows. "I open the panel, click Detect, but I have to click three things before I can generate."
- Output quality complaints with examples. Paste the proposal text — we tune the prompt against real failure cases.
- Feature requests with context. "I'd want X because I do Y a lot." The "why" beats the "what."
- General comments. "Love it, here's what works for me." Useful for prioritisation.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
- We read everything. No exceptions.
- Bug reports become tickets. If we say "fixing in next release," it's tracked.
- Repeated requests get prioritised. Three independent asks moves a feature up.
- We respond within 2 business days if you leave an email — see Contact.
OTHER WAYS TO REACH US
In-app prompt. After a few proposals, the Extension shows "Was that proposal helpful?" Click "Not really" and type — it auto-attaches plan, generation count, and browser version. Fastest debugging signal.
Chrome Web Store review. Leave a review. We can't reply directly but we read every star + comment, and ship fixes for issues mentioned.
