1. Who we are
Approid Tech (also referred to as "we", "us", or "ReplyMind") operates https://approidtech.com/replymind/. Our registered address is Surat, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at privacy@approidtech.com.
2. What we collect
When you visit our website:
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamps), retained for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention.
- Anonymous analytics via privacy-friendly server-side analytics. We do not track you across other sites.
- Cookies set by our website are listed in section 6 below.
When you submit a contact or support form:
- Your name, email, and the content of your message. Used solely to respond to you. Stored in our helpdesk system for 24 months before deletion.
Newsletter (if you subscribe):
- Your email address and double opt-in confirmation. Managed via our email-service provider. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
We do not collect any data when you use the ReplyMind plugin itself. The plugin runs entirely on your WordPress site. It calls your chosen AI provider directly. Nothing is sent to us.
3. What we do with it
- Respond to your support requests and reply to your messages.
- Send transactional emails when you've contacted us.
- Send marketing emails only if you opted in. We do not sell or rent your data, ever.
- Improve the website based on aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Legitimate interest — to keep our website secure and to respond to support enquiries.
- Consent — for the newsletter and any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the providers needed to operate the website:
