Where to get help
WordPress.org support forum — primary channel: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/replymind-ai-comment-responder/
Response time: within 2 business days, usually faster. The forum is public, so the same answer helps the next person who has the same question.
Direct email — for issues that include credentials, site URLs, or anything you don't want public: support@approidtech.com
Before posting
Check these first — they cover ~80% of the questions we get:
- FAQ — common questions and answers.
- Documentation — installation, configuration, and daily workflow.
- Troubleshooting guide — error messages and fixes.
- Settings → ReplyMind → Logs — the plugin records every generation attempt with the exact error message.
What to include in your report
Posting a useful bug report makes the difference between an answer in 2 hours and a 4-day back-and-forth. Include:
- WordPress version — Dashboard → Updates.
- PHP version — Tools → Site Health → Info → Server.
- AI provider you're using — OpenAI or Anthropic.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened — including the exact error message, if any.
- The latest log entry from Settings → ReplyMind → Logs.
- Steps to reproduce if it's a bug.
What's covered
- Bug reports with reproducible steps.
- Configuration help.
- Questions about how a documented feature works.
What's not covered
- Custom development.
- WordPress core issues unrelated to the plugin.
- Conflicts with other plugins or themes (we'll point you in the right direction but won't debug other people's code).
- Issues with your AI provider (API key, billing, model availability) — those go to OpenAI / Anthropic support directly.
Reporting a security issue
If you've found a security vulnerability, do not post it publicly. Email security@approidtech.com with details. We'll respond within 1 business day, fix the issue, and credit you in the changelog if you'd like.
