1. Acceptance
Approid Tech is a registered partnership operated by Ravi Patel and Punit Bhalodiya. By using approidtech.com or any Approid Tech product, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the services.
2. Services & products
Approid Tech provides software engineering services and operates several first-party products including Trendlyric, Bioleads, ShieldDesk, ChatHub, AI Proposal Writer and ReplyMind. Each product may have its own additional terms.
3. Account & access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use our services to break the law, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, or interfere with normal operation of the services.
5. Intellectual property
For client engagements, deliverable IP transfers to the client on payment. Pre-existing libraries, tooling and our own products remain the property of Approid Tech.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Approid Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability) survive.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll publish the new version with a clearly marked date.
