Does ChatHub read my chats?
No. ChatHub stores folder structures, bookmarks and prompts locally in your browser. With Pro Cloud Sync enabled, only the metadata you create — folder names, prompt text — syncs via Chrome's built-in storage tied to your Google account, not our servers. Chat contents never leave the AI platforms where you created them.
Will ChatHub work on Edge, Brave or Arc?
Yes. ChatHub installs from the Chrome Web Store and runs on every Chromium-based browser, including Microsoft Edge, Brave and Arc.
Can I import my existing ChatGPT conversations into folders?
Yes. Once installed, ChatHub detects every existing chat in the sidebar — no export, no API setup. Drag any chat into a folder and it stays there.
Is Pro a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Both options are available. Choose Monthly at $2.99/month, or pay once with our Lifetime plan at $39. Both unlock all Pro features on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Billing runs through Polar.sh, and refunds are available within Polar.sh's standard refund window.
What happens to my data if I uninstall ChatHub?
Free-plan data is stored locally and removed when you uninstall. With Pro Cloud Sync enabled, your folders and prompts stay in Chrome's sync storage tied to your Google account, so they restore when you reinstall on any device.
