Common questions
How do I activate Pro?
After purchase, your licence key appears on the confirmation page and is also emailed to you. Open the ChatHub extension, go to Settings → Account, paste the key and click Activate. Pro features unlock immediately — no restart needed.
I lost my licence key
Email support@approidtech.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll retrieve your key from the order record.
My folders or bookmarks disappeared
Free-plan data lives in Chrome's local storage. Clearing browser data or switching profiles can remove it. Pro users with Cloud Sync enabled can re-enable sync to restore everything from Chrome's sync storage.
ChatHub isn't showing on a platform
Refresh the page first. If the sidebar still doesn't appear, disable and re-enable the extension at chrome://extensions, then reload the AI platform tab.
Perplexity or Grok aren't working
All five platforms work on the Free plan. If Perplexity or Grok isn't loading, refresh the page, then disable and re-enable ChatHub at chrome://extensions and reload the tab.
How do I deactivate a device?
Open the ChatHub options page → Account → Deactivate. This frees one of your three Pro slots so you can activate on a different device.
How do refunds work?
Email support@approidtech.com within the Polar.sh refund window. Once confirmed, Pro access is revoked immediately and all features revert to Free limits.
