Everything in the free plugin, plus the workflow controls you actually need at scale.
Pro is the same engine, layered with rules, gates, and dashboards that let you run AI replies on a real publication — not just a single-author blog.
Reply Rules engine
Eight condition types (keyword, category, word count, author email, post type…) and four actions (skip, flag, override tone, append prompt). First match wins.
Sentiment analysis
Classify each comment as positive, neutral, or negative. On negatives: flag for review, skip entirely, or auto-switch to an empathetic tone.
Reply scheduling
Delay auto-replies by 1 to 168 hours so they don't post within seconds of the visitor's comment. Reads more natural, less robotic.
Email approval
Get one-click Approve / Reject buttons by email when a draft is ready. No need to open the admin. 48-hour token validity.
Analytics dashboard
Published, pending, flagged, error counts. 30-day activity chart. Top posts by reply count. Sentiment breakdown. Recent errors.
Per-post overrides
Disable AI on a single post, change the tone or mode, or append a custom prompt — all from a sidebar meta box on the post editor.
WooCommerce reviews
Reply to product reviews with star rating and product context injected into the prompt. Same workflow as regular comments.
Per-category routing
Send technical-blog comments to Claude Opus and casual-blog comments to Gemini Flash. Mix providers per category to optimise cost and tone.
White label
Replace plugin name and branding with your company. Hide footer credits. Make it your own when reselling to clients.
Multisite network
Network admin page lists every site, license status, and reply count. Push global settings to all sites in one click.
Demo data importer
One click installs 5 sample reply rules + 6 sample comments so you can see the full workflow without setting it up by hand.
Free vs Pro — every capability side by side.
The free plugin is genuinely free, no upsell paywalls hiding core functionality. Pro is a strict superset.

Common questions before you buy.
Is there a free trial?
The free plugin on WordPress.org is the trial. It includes all the core AI reply functionality. Pro adds the workflow controls (rules, sentiment, scheduling) that you only need once you're processing volume. Try the free version, upgrade when you hit a limit.
What does my license actually pay for?
One year of updates (new features, bug fixes, security patches), one year of email support, and a license that keeps working forever on the version you installed even if you don't renew. Renewal extends both support and updates.
Do you charge for AI usage too?
No. You pay your AI provider directly with your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini). We never see your AI bill. Most blogs spend under $5 a month on the AI side; see the cost guide for breakdowns.
How does the renewal work?
Polar.sh charges your card annually on the anniversary of your purchase. You get a reminder email 7 days before. Cancel any time from your Polar customer portal — the license keeps working until the end of your current period, then stops receiving updates (the plugin itself still works).
What if I need to move the plugin to a different site?
Deactivate the license from the current site (Settings → ReplyMind Pro → License → Deactivate). The activation slot returns to your pool. Activate on the new site. Each license has a fixed number of slots (1, 5, or unlimited depending on plan).
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase — full refund, no questions. After 14 days we evaluate case by case. Most issues are configuration problems we can solve in a single email. Talk to us first at support@approidtech.com.
Is it safe to enter my license key on a public website like this?
License keys are not credentials — they're identifiers. Even if leaked, they only work on your registered domains and have a fixed activation cap. Worst case: someone else activates your license slot, you call support to deactivate and rotate. We use a signed magic-link email flow for the account page so no password is ever stored.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay through Polar.sh (which is built on Stripe). Polar is the merchant of record — they handle tax and VAT in 100+ countries, so the receipt and tax compliance is theirs, not ours.
Ready when you are.
