ReplyMind · Pro Vol. 01 — The Upgrade

Reply to every comment. Without ever lowering your standards.

The free plugin gives your site a voice. Pro gives you the controls — rules, review and restraint — so that voice is always one you'd sign your name to.

10 modules from $49/yr built on the free plugin
i.

Pro has exactly two jobs.

Free answers comments. Everything in Pro serves one of two ends — reaching every comment, or making sure each reply meets a standard you set. Coverage, and the conscience to go with it.

01 Coverage

Reply to every comment — more than you could by hand.

Scale past what any moderator could read, across posts, products and a whole network of sites.

  • WooCommerce product review replies
  • A different model per category
  • Scheduling, 1–168 hours
  • Multisite network rollout
02 Standards

Without lowering them — never a reply you'd regret.

Every reply passes guardrails you define, so the bot never says something you only discover a week later.

  • Rules: skip, flag, tone, prompt
  • Sentiment detection on negatives
  • One-click email approval
  • Per-post setting overrides
ii.

The index.

Ten modules. Each does precisely what it says — no bloat, no invented magic. This is everything you acquire.

01
Advanced Reply Rulesskip · flag · tone · prompt
Conditions paired with actions, evaluated top-down. The first rule that matches wins.
02
Email Approval Workflowone-click · 48h token
Approve or reject a drafted reply straight from your inbox. No login. Links expire in 48 hours.
03
Sentiment Detectionlocal · no API call
Keyword scoring flags negative comments before a reply is ever drafted. Three actions to choose from.
04
Reply Scheduling1–168 hours
A human-feeling delay before auto replies post, so nothing looks robotically instant. Auto mode.
05
Per-Post Overrideseditor meta box
Override tone, mode or prompt for a single post, right from the editor — global settings untouched.
06
Multi-Provider by Categorymodel per category
Assign a different model to each WordPress category — Opus for the flagship, Haiku for the changelog.
07
WooCommerce Review Repliesstar-rating aware
Reply to product reviews, not just blog comments. The star rating is passed to the AI as context.
08

Volume, approvals and sentiment split — drawn in CSS, with no external chart script or third-party call.
09
White-Label / Agency Moderebrandable
Rebrand the plugin and ship it inside client sites under your own name — part of your stack, not ours.
10
Multisite Network Supportnetwork admin · push
One Network Admin page governs the network and pushes settings down to every sub-site in a single move.
iii.

Four of them, up close.

The modules that change how it feels to run AI replies on a site you care about.

01 Advanced reply rules

Your moderation policy, as logic — without writing code.

Stack conditions — contains a link, first-time commenter, mentions a refund — and give each one an action. Rules run top to bottom, and the first match wins. Exactly what you'd expect, nothing you have to learn.

Skip — never reply to what you'd rather handle yourself
Flag — route to email approval before anything posts
Tone — empathetic on complaints, casual on praise
Prompt — inject a custom instruction for that match
Reply rules · first match winsevaluating #5128
1comment contains spam linkskip
2commenter is first-timetone · friendly
3sentiment is negativeflag · approve
4category is refundscustom prompt
matched rule 3 → flag for email approval
02 Sentiment detection

Catch the angry ones before the AI speaks.

A lightweight, local keyword score runs on every comment — no extra API call, nothing leaving your server. When a comment reads negative, Pro can hold it for review instead of replying on instinct.

Runs locally — nothing is sent out just to score it
Three configurable actions for negative comments
Pairs naturally with rules and email approval
Sentiment scannegative

B Skip — don't reply at all
C Reply, but force empathetic tone
03 Email approval workflow

Approve from your phone, in a single tap.

When a rule flags a draft, it arrives in your inbox — the comment, the AI reply, two buttons. Approve and it posts; reject and it's gone. No dashboard, no login. The link expires in 48 hours, so a stale approval can never fire.

04 Analytics dashboard

Finally know what your AI actually said.

The free plugin keeps a 200-entry log. Pro turns that history into a dashboard — volume over time, approval rate, sentiment split — drawn entirely in CSS. No charting library, no external request, nothing leaving your site.

iv.

From one blog to a whole network.

The coverage side of Pro — built for shops, networks and the agencies that run them.

WooCommerce reviews

Reply to product reviews with the star rating in the AI's context — gracious at five stars, genuinely useful at two.

Multisite network

One Network Admin page governs them all. Configure once, push settings to every sub-site — no per-site babysitting.

White-label / agency

Rebrand the whole plugin and ship it inside client sites under your own name. Your stack, your brand, your margin.

v.

Keep everything free. Add the control.

Pro doesn't replace the free plugin — it sits on top. Everything you already use stays exactly where it is.

Before you upgrade.

Do I need the free plugin first?+

Yes. ReplyMind Pro extends the free ReplyMind plugin from the WordPress.org directory. Install the free plugin, then activate Pro on top — your existing settings, logs and API key carry straight over.

Is anything from the free version removed in Pro?+

No. Pro is purely additive. Both providers, all tones and languages, suggestion/auto mode, batch processing, the audit log and the GDPR tools stay exactly as they are. Pro layers rules, approval, sentiment, scheduling, analytics and the scaling modules on top.

Does sentiment detection send my comments anywhere?+

No. Sentiment scoring runs locally on your server using keyword matching — there's no extra API call and no data leaves your site for the scan. Only when a reply is actually generated does the comment go to your chosen AI provider, exactly as in the free plugin.

How does per-license site counting work?+

Personal covers one site, Business covers up to five, and Agency covers unlimited sites including white-label and multisite. Every tier unlocks all ten modules — you pay for scale, never for features. Final terms are on the checkout page.

Is ReplyMind Pro on the WordPress.org directory?+

The free plugin lives on WordPress.org. Pro is a commercial upgrade sold directly through approidtech.com — the standard way premium WordPress add-ons are distributed under the directory's guidelines.
